With the "ReStart" program, the DOSB wants to encourage the population to exercise more after the corona pandemic and has handed over 150 SportBoxes with publicly accessible training equipment to municipalities and clubs throughout Germany.

To draw attention to the offer, the SportBoxes were inaugurated with so-called activity days. ONE8Y was responsible for the entire project rollout and handling. The main tasks included

  • Ongoing content coordination and project management

  • Creation of an event manual for communities and clubs, including the implementation of 10 digital training courses

  • Development and design of campaign visuals, advertising materials, communication templates as well as an image film

  • Negotiation and implementation of media and social media collaborations

  • Conception and execution of the campaign days with approx. 4,500 participants

  • On-site support for testimonials, athletes and press representatives

  • Documentation of the overall course of the project, as well as monitoring and reporting on the success of the program through market research
