The sports marketing agency ONE8Y wins a Europe-wide agency tender from the German Sports Youth (dsj), the youth organization in the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), to (re)attract children and young people to exercise after most of the Covid-19 restrictions were laid off. The Wiesbaden-based agency is now providing the dsj with comprehensive support in implementing the campaign over the coming months. The pandemic is having a massive physical and psychological impact on the entire population - but children and young people are particularly affected. And this is precisely where the campaign comes in. All measures focus on using innovative approaches to literally get the target group moving. The campaign is funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth.
Hendrik Fischer, CEO of ONE8Y, comments: “We are delighted to have won the pitch and to feel the trust of the dsj in our agency. Children and young people are the future of our country - we are very proud to be able to make an active contribution to their development.”
Christina Gassner, Managing Director of Deutsche Sportjugend, adds: “In ONE8Y, we have found an agency that has impressed us with its data-driven approach and target group-oriented communication concept. We are looking forward to the collaboration and the innovative approaches with which we will now get children and young people moving together.”
